Jory Hill in South Salem
Looking for a place to live with trails nearby?
The Jory Hill area is not an actual "subdivision", but rather a general reference of a particular area around the Joryville Park. This park is most commonly known for it's horse trails, although it makes for a nice wooded stroll on foot too. There is no fee to haul in and it is never crowded. One thing to be aware of is that it is heavily forested, making most of the trails shady, great for mid summer, but the trails become very slippery most of the year during the rainy season. The majority of the homes are older, with pockets of new construction scattered around. Prices range from $300,000 to $800,000 on average and several properties include barns with and without arenas.
